Presidential Office Receives Proposal to Appoint Suren Papikyan as Defense Minister
According to information from "Factinfo", the office of the President of Armenia has received proposals from the Prime Minister to dismiss Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan and to appoint Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan as the new Defense Minister.
