It Is Important to Neutralize and Eliminate Causes: EU Special Representative on Tensions at Armenia-Azerbaijan Border
The EU Special Representative Toivo Klaar has expressed concern about the rising tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He made this statement on his Twitter page, addressing the gunfire recorded at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and the tense situation that has ensued.
"It is important to neutralize and eliminate the causes and engage in work towards a comprehensive resolution," Klaar remarked.
