I Will Not Answer Any Questions: The Head of Jragatn

The National Security Service announced yesterday that starting from November 15 of this year, at 00:00 local time, the Azerbaijani side will establish a checkpoint in the section of the Kapand-Jragatn highway under its control for the purpose of border and customs control.

"At the same time, we inform you that the alternative roadway in that section will be ready by the end of this year," the NSS stated in a press release.

Hraparak.am contacted the head of Jragatn community, Ara Harutyunyan, to ask a few questions, but he responded with annoyance: "I kindly ask you not to disturb me, I will not answer any questions."
