America Supplies Ukraine with 80 Tons of Ammunition

Ukraine has received 80 tons of American ammunition. This was announced on Sunday, November 14, via Twitter by the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, marking the fourth delivery as part of Washington's $60 million security assistance program, "allocated by President Biden to Ukraine."

Agreements on the supply of American military aid were reached during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to the U.S. The discussions included an additional $60 million in supplies, exceeding the previously agreed amount of $250 million.

Previous packages of additional aid were delivered to Kyiv on October 10, 18, and 22. The supply of weapons occurs against the backdrop of escalating tensions in Donbas. The Russian Ministry of Defense believes that the activity of the U.S. and NATO in the Black Sea is linked to the examination of the battlefield in case Kyiv opts for a military solution to the southeastern conflict.

Earlier, American media reported that the United States has information regarding the "potential military actions" of Russia against Ukraine. The Kremlin deems such claims unfounded.
