Azerbaijani Cabin Installed, No Hindrance to Vehicle Traffic

The Azerbaijani cabin has been installed on the Kapan-Jakaten road, but they are not obstructing the passage of Armenian vehicles. Ara Harutyunyan, the head of the Jakaten community, informed 24 News on November 14.

“This morning at 7:20, I passed through that road to the village, and everyone is traveling peacefully; no one is stopping them. Yesterday, there were 15-20 Azerbaijanis in that area conducting engineering work until about 11:30 PM; today, there were one or two people standing near the cabin. I don't have any information yet on whether a checkpoint will be set up or not,” he said.

It is reminded that yesterday, on November 13, the community leader informed 24 News that the Azerbaijani side had installed a wagon-cabin on the Kapan-Jakaten road segment.
