Papikyan Not Stuck in Mud: Syunik Regional Administration Denies Claims

The Syunik regional administration reports: "The publications circulating on the internet stating that yesterday Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan and Syunik Governor Melikset Poghosyan attempted to visit Bardzravan and that the vehicle transporting them got stuck in the mud do not correspond to reality. Throughout yesterday, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Governor visited various villages and roads without any obstacles.

The report refers to the words of Bardzravan's administrative leader Onik Avagyan, who confirmed in our conversation that he did not say such a thing to the media. He merely met with S. Papikyan and M. Poghosyan at the site of construction works and presented his suggestions."
