Must exclude in every way the handing over of Martik's avenger brother, who was shot by a Turkish soldier on November 8 near Shushi, to the Turks or any third party's jurisdiction. This was stated by human rights defender Ruben Melikyan on his Facebook page.

“The act of that person was directly conditioned by the impunity of the Azerbaijanis; when a murderer (and moreover, a genocidal-motivated murderer) is not punished, then the natural right to blood revenge arises, which is a far more just thing than dozens of volumes of written laws. Russian peacekeepers should be well aware of this reality,” wrote Melikyan.
