Opening of Roads Will Create More Security Guarantees, Says Grigoryan
Considering the Azerbaijani provocations, what will be the security guarantee in the event of a possible opening of roads? This question was addressed by the Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan during a discussion on the "Perspective" platform.
"In general, the opening of roads will create more security guarantees in turn," said Armen Grigoryan.
