It’s a Fact: Everything Was Pre-Determined - Arthur Ghazinyan

Azerbaijan waited until Armenia renovated the alternative road connecting Goris to Kapan before placing its border posts and customs checkpoints. This was stated by Arthur Ghazinyan, a member of the National Assembly from the ‘Armenia’ faction, on his Facebook page.

“Azerbaijan waited until Armenia completed the renovation of the alternative road connecting Goris to Kapan, and only then did it install its border posts and customs checkpoints. It is a fact that everything has been pre-determined and coordinated; otherwise, that road would have been closed back in December of last year. The Minister of Territorial Administration of Armenia announces the completion of the renovation of the alternative road, and on the same day, Azerbaijan treacherously closes the Armenian road that was gifted to it. Where and under what circumstances have the negotiations with Azerbaijan taken place? Who has been conducting these negotiations? Can it be assumed that Nikol's operational connection with Azerbaijan is functioning smoothly, which is now being used to realize the so-called ‘Zangezur corridor’ in a bilateral format and to hand over Syunik region to Azerbaijan after Artsakh?” Ghazinyan wrote.
