Baykar Announces Creation of Two New Military UAV Models
During the "SAHA EXPO 2021" defense industry exhibition held in Turkey, Haluk Bayraktar, the director of Baykar Makine, announced the design of two new military unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) models. This was reported by Ermenihaber.am.
Bayraktar noted that the new UAVs are being designed to operate from the Turkish naval assault ship, "TCG Anadolu." He stated, "There are two types of UAV systems that will take off from the 'TCG Anadolu': Bayraktar TB3 and combat drones (MUIS). They are currently in an advanced development stage. Both are being designed to land and take off from 'TCG Anadolu.'" He also emphasized that Turkey is already a leading country in UAV exports, and these new UAVs will further enhance the momentum gained.
