A Conspiratorial Agreement with the Enemy Behind the Back of the People – Arekhnaz Manukyan
Members of the ruling party and representatives from the Government are absent from the urgent discussion convened in the National Assembly regarding the placement of Azerbaijani checkpoints on the Goris-Kapan road.
“The story of the checkpoint is not new. Azerbaijan had long placed it on the Goris-Kapan road, let us recall the case of Iranian drivers. Andranik Kocharyan stated that this is an internal affair of Azerbaijan and Iran and that there is no reason for concern. I would also like to remind everyone of the words of the primary responsible party and culprit from September 15: ‘An agreement was reached in December 2020 that this road should be used uninterrupted for the transit of Armenian vehicles and cargo,’” stated opposition faction MP Arekhnaz Manukyan, adding that a conspiratorial agreement has taken place with the enemy behind the back of the people.
