Unvaccinated Individuals May Be Banned from Entering ‘Haypost’
The newspaper ‘Zhoghovurd’ reports that due to the coronavirus pandemic, restrictions continue not only around the world but also in Armenia. Almost all countries have implemented various bans and restrictions to compel citizens to get vaccinated, as this is considered the only way to combat the pandemic.
Insider sources close to the government have revealed that the Ministry of Health is actively discussing the possibility of prohibiting unvaccinated individuals from entering Haypost branches in the future. According to the insider, elderly individuals and pensioners constitute the targeted group that is struggling to overcome the coronavirus pandemic, and those who become infected have a significantly higher mortality rate.
By banning unvaccinated individuals from accessing Haypost, the government aims to protect pensioners from infection. Soon, only vaccinated citizens will be able to utilize Haypost services. Additionally, Haypost services are used by many individuals receiving social benefits, most of whom are not registered workers, making them a vulnerable group who face dire consequences if they contract the virus.
Thus, it appears that unvaccinated citizens will soon be unable to receive their pensions or benefits as well.
