Turkey's Parliament has passed a law extending the mandate for Turkish soldiers in Azerbaijan for one year. This has been reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the agency, the bill emphasizes the importance of continuing the operations of the Russian-Turkish monitoring center in Agdam, which "contributes to security and the establishment of a climate of trust between the parties."
The mission of Turkish soldiers in Azerbaijan will be extended for an additional year starting from November 17.
