How Will Legal Relations Related to Street Trade Be Regulated?

The Standing Committee on Economic Affairs of the RA National Assembly discussed and provided a positive conclusion on the package of drafts on amendments and supplements to the RA law "On Trade and Services" and the RA law "On Local Self-Government in Yerevan" during a meeting held on November 10.

The legislative initiative aims to regulate legal relations related to street trade. Vahe Terteryan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, stated that it is proposed to mark and equip the allowed locations for street trade in accordance with the procedures established by the Government. At the same time, the regulations for relocating street trade points or vehicles to designated areas are clarified.
