Emerging Criminal Inaction Will Inevitably Lead to New Incidents: Tigran Abrahamyan

“On November 8, on the Stepanakert-Berdzor road near Shushi, as a result of a terrorist act carried out by Azerbaijanis, we have 1 dead and three wounded. When I am asked what consequences this latest incident will have, the first thing that comes to mind is the October 9 incident in the direction of Martakert, where a civilian engaged in agricultural work was killed. What happened after that? If we filter out the noise and the subsequent border tension, there remains only one thing: a human tragedy. The authorities of Armenia and Artsakh have no counterplay; furthermore, there is emerging criminal inaction, which will inevitably lead to new incidents.”
