Disappointment Grows in Kapan: 'Iravunk'

According to the source, 'Neither the opposition candidate nor Parsyan has proven to be reliable. We had hopes for him, but now various forces are supporting him, and who knows for what purpose.' The source also believes that the disappointment among the residents of Kapan is increasing, and it is highly likely that very few will participate in the elections. 'The enemy is right under our noses; we have neither heart nor interest,' the source remarked.
