32-Year-Old Man Transferred to Hospital Dies Without Regaining Consciousness: Was It Suicide or Accident?
On November 10, a tragic incident occurred in the Shirak province. At around 08:10, the police station in Mush received a call from the Gyumri emergency medical service regarding a citizen who had fallen from the fourth floor of a building in the Mush-2 neighborhood. The victim was diagnosed with "traumatic shock, polytrauma" and was transferred to the Gyumri Medical Center, reports shamshyan.com.
The same information was received by the Gyumri Fire and Rescue Unit number 48/1 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. According to sources, firefighters and rescuers responded to the scene, while police from the Mush station headed to the hospital. As the police were investigating the circumstances of the incident, the Gyumri Medical Center informed the Mush police that the transferred citizen had died without regaining consciousness.
The Shirak regional investigation department of Armenia's Investigative Committee is preparing materials on the case. The police and investigators have determined that the deceased was 32-year-old Gegham K., a resident of the Mush-2 neighborhood of Gyumri. Whether the incident was a suicide, negligence, or an unfortunate accident will become clear during the preliminary investigation.
