Muradov Arrives in Armenia on Special Mission

The newspaper "Hraparak" writes: "According to the capitulation document signed a year ago, on November 9, the Russian peacekeeping brigade took on the protection of the Republic of Artsakh. In connection with the anniversary of the peacekeepers entering Artsakh, they have decided to organize a major event. The Russian Ministry of Defense has issued nearly 200 medals, which will be brought by the Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District of Russia, Rustam Muradov, who will present them to the 'notable peacekeepers.' He is set to arrive in Armenia today and will head to Artsakh tomorrow morning, where the medal ceremony will take place on November 10."
