Dispute Arises Between Doctors and Citizens Due to Late Arrival of Ambulance

A dispute occurred between an emergency physician and citizens who called for an ambulance in the town of Hrazdan, Kotayk Province. According to Aravot.am, on November 5, G.A. called for an ambulance shortly after midnight, and the doctors arrived about an hour later.

The delay in the ambulance's arrival led to an argument between G.A. and the doctor. Subsequently, the doctor was reportedly assisted by two men, one of whom was the husband of the physician, who is an on-duty emergency doctor at the Hrazdan Medical Center.

G.A. told law enforcement that a dispute also arose with the physician's husband, during which he allegedly struck G.A. on the neck and face. G.A.'s son intervened in the incident, and according to G.A.'s account, the physician's husband also struck his son, causing bodily harm. Whether the blows occurred and the extent of any injuries will be determined by a forensic examination.

On the other hand, the physician’s husband claimed that G.A. and his son assaulted him in their apartment, and that G.A.'s son threatened to kill the physician's husband with a knife he was holding. According to the website, law enforcement is investigating this incident, and materials are being prepared.
