Belarusian Actions Could Be Recognized as 'Hybrid Warfare'

Belarusian actions along the border with Poland could be classified as 'hybrid warfare', according to a report by Reuters.

It is noted that tomorrow, ambassadors from the 27 EU countries may officially agree that the significant number of migrants along the Belarus-Poland border equates to 'hybrid warfare'.

This could provide a legal basis for the implementation of further measures, including economic sanctions.
