Arshak Karapetyan Has Departed for Moscow
On November 9, the Armenian Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan led a delegation to Moscow, where they will participate in the next meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) scheduled for November 10. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
