This is the 'peace' proposed by Azerbaijan and Turkey

Former parliament member and Azerbaijan expert Tatevik Hayrapetyan wrote on her Facebook page: 'And while Aliyev is in occupied Shushi, the Azerbaijani side has once again opened fire on civilians. We have one dead and three wounded in Artsakh. This is the 'peace' proposed by the Azerbaijani and Turkish sides; these are their sent 'positive signals'...

All of this is happening exactly one year after the trilateral statement on ceasefire. Let me remind you that on October 9, another civilian was killed in Artsakh by an Azerbaijani sniper while working in his garden. Through these actions, Azerbaijan and Turkey are not only demonstrating that they have a clear plan to depopulate Artsakh and exterminate the Armenian population but also challenging the Russian peacekeeping mission. This is a clearly devised and persistently implemented policy, and failing to see it or react accordingly will lead to even more new security problems.'
