Photographs: Azerbaijani Soldiers Should Not Be Near Any Civilian Settlements in Armenia or Artsakh, Armenian Human Rights Defender

On November 8, 2021, Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire on civilians conducting repairs on water supply pipelines near the intersection close to the entrance of Shushi city. As a result, traffic on the Berdzor-Shushi route was also disrupted. This information has been confirmed and published by the National Security Service of Artsakh.

The Armenian Human Rights Defender has released a statement on this matter, along with photographs which we present below.
