People Who Do Not Cultivate Their Land Should Be Pressured, Says Economy Minister Hakobyan

The editor-in-chief of one of the news websites, Sevak Hakobyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“People who do not cultivate their land should be pressured,” Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan stated today.

But what if the minister is not doing his job? Will he be subjected to pressure or not? After all, those individuals you mentioned are not cultivating their own land, and instead of helping and encouraging them, you say they should be pressured and punished. Just because someone has been brought to the forefront, unable to cultivate their land, that is unimportant?

Moreover, this minister—namely you, Vahan Kerobyan—is receiving a high salary from the taxes we pay, being rewarded, driving an expensive car purchased with our tax money, and sitting in a chair bought, imagine it, also with our tax funds... So what should we do with you? You won't get away with just pressure; perhaps we should whip you at least.”
