One of the Three Injured Is in Serious Condition: Details on the Injured
Today, around 15:00, shots were fired by Azerbaijani forces at civilian individuals working on a water pipe near a junction close to the city of Shushi, as reported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh.
Three civilians with gunshot wounds have been transferred to the Republican Medical Center of the Republic of Artsakh, where they are receiving medical assistance. The first injured individual has a gunshot wound to the left side of the chest, with the presence of a bullet. He also has a gunshot wound to the neck region, along with a comminuted fracture of the upper third of the humerus.
The second individual has a perforating gunshot wound to the lower jaw, with a comminuted fracture of the left angle of the jaw accompanied by fragment displacement, and a fracture of the coronoid process. There is also swelling of the soft tissues and emphysema.
The third individual has a perforating gunshot wound to the left side of the chest, without penetration into the pleural cavity. Doctors assess the condition of two patients as moderate. Currently, one of the injured has successfully undergone surgery, and their condition is evaluated as serious.
