It Would Be Better to Be Silent and Not Speak About This. Sofia Hovsepyan Addresses Pashinyan
“Since I became prime minister, there hasn’t been a single case where the army has said, ‘We need this or that,’ and we’ve said, ‘There is no money.’ And the much-discussed SU-30 jets are a clear proof of that,” stated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during an interview with Public TV's Petros Ghazaryan.
“Is this serious? Let me see what is needed. Perhaps in that case, I and many others like me can save what we've earned. You bought the tents, you did the construction works, you bought thermal imaging devices and night vision equipment, and don't let me start on bulletproof vests, and so on (not to mention). It would be better to be silent and not speak about this so we can quietly close our loans,” added Hovsepyan.
