Criminal Case Initiated Due to Poisoning Incidents at 'Tashir Pizza' Food Outlets
A criminal case has been launched regarding the mass poisoning incidents at 'Tashir Pizza' food centers under part 2, point 2 of Article 279 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, which pertains to the issuance or sale of products that do not meet the safety requirements for consumers' life or health, causing harm to the health of two or more individuals through negligence. The decision to initiate a criminal case was made on November 6, and the case has been forwarded to the Investigative Committee for preliminary investigation.
