Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Issues Statement Addressed to Yerevan
Baku is prepared to regulate relations with Yerevan and considers it essential to implement all provisions of statements regarding Nagorno-Karabakh, according to a statement released by Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, as reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the Ministry, Azerbaijan is ready to normalize relations with Armenia based on the strict adherence to principles if the so-called 'occupational factor' of its territories is eliminated.
"At this stage, to ensure future peace and security in the region, it is crucial to fully implement the provisions of the trilateral statements, and Azerbaijan expects a corresponding response from Armenia to the steps taken in this direction," the statement from Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry reads.
