Azerbaijanis Open Fire on Workers Repairing Water Pipes: One Dead, Three Injured

Today, the National Security Service of Artsakh reported that around 15:00, shots were fired by Azerbaijani forces at civilians working on water pipe repairs near a junction close to the city of Shushi.

The Artsakh NSS noted that four civilians were transported to a hospital in Stepanakert, where one was pronounced dead and three others are receiving medical assistance.

Currently, operational-investigative and criminal procedural measures are being conducted by national security service officers, police operational groups, and investigators from the investigative committee to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
