"Yes, I have the Prime Minister's picture hung in my room," noted Minister of Environment Romanos Petrosyan during a conversation with reporters today.

In response to the question of whether this leads to personality cult, Petrosyan said:
"I regard phenomena and political processes largely from an institutional perspective, and if there is such a decision and regulation in that regard, then from an institutional standpoint, as a member of the cabinet, I naturally implement that regulation. However, this phenomenon in no way diminishes the values and ideas that we hold and cannot have any influence on the effectiveness of our work."
