Sampling Conducted on All Food Products and Raw Materials at Tashir Pizza; Results to Be Published

The inspectors of the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia have carried out monitoring activities at the branches of the Tashir Pizza public catering network located on Northern Avenue and Khanjian Street. Sampling has been conducted on all available food products, including raw materials, and the samples have been submitted for laboratory examination, the results of which will be published. The examination is expected to take 5-7 days.

It should be reminder that early this morning, based on information received from the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention under the Ministry of Health of Armenia, 15 citizens with a preliminary diagnosis of intestinal infection were admitted to the Infectious Diseases National Center yesterday. Among the patients, 2 are children aged 10 and 13. All patients reported that they had eaten at the Tashir Pizza public catering point, with 13 having dined at the location on Northern Avenue in Yerevan, while 2 were at the branch on Khanjian Street. The condition of the patients is moderately severe.
