Under These Conditions, There Can Be No Peace: Iranologist
Iranologist Vardan Voskanyan wrote on his Facebook page: “In the current situation in Armenia, any negotiations with the enemy must be negotiations for the sake of negotiations and should have a single goal: to buy time for the broad restoration of our state. Alongside this, we must clearly calculate our resources and those of the enemy, aiming to strike at all vulnerabilities where there is even the slightest possibility.
This means that as quickly as possible, but in a qualitative manner, our programs for the restoration and strengthening of our state, and the weakening and increased vulnerability of the hostile formation, must be developed and put into action simultaneously.
The tyrant of Baku and his Erdoğan administration are rushing to achieve ‘peace,’ which would enshrine the current situation beneficial to them, allowing them to move on to the next phase of Armenia's further weakening and, if possible, its actual destruction.
Therefore, hurrying on the issue of ‘peace’ is truly hostile and, accordingly, the work of the devil, since real peace cannot exist under these conditions, and only those blinded in both eyes and mind cannot see this.”
