Serious Violations Revealed During Pfizer Vaccine Trials
Scientists from Ventavia, who conducted trials for the Pfizer vaccine against coronavirus in Texas last year, have allowed numerous violations. This is reported by the scientific publication The BMJ (British Medical Journal), citing Brook Jackson, the former director of the company’s regional branch.
The publication notes that the company was involved in data falsification, revealed patient identities, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and did not promptly monitor whether participants experienced accompanying adverse effects, especially as these occurred during the third phase of trials.
The report also states that an investigation uncovered circumstances raising serious questions regarding regulatory oversight and data integrity related to the drug’s trials. Identified issues include unreliable storage conditions for the medication, accessibility to participants' data in the trials, and errors in the data.
Brook Jackson also revealed that as soon as she reported these issues to the FDA via email, she was immediately fired from her job.
