Dumanyan on Vacations
I think schools will return to in-person classes starting Monday.
This was stated by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vahram Dumanyan during a conversation with journalists in the government. The minister noted that there is no intention to continue the vacation period and schools will transition to in-person learning while strictly adhering to anti-epidemic regulations.
"Schools will be guided by the order of the Minister of Health, strictly following the anti-epidemic rules. We expect that higher education institutions will also switch to in-person learning starting November 15. We will recommend this, but since universities are autonomous entities, they will discuss and decide on their own," the minister said.
