Oxygen Supply Stations Experience Frequent Failures, Says Ani Abrahamyan

The number of individuals requiring oxygen is increasing, putting additional strain on the Physics Institute. Ani Abrahamyan, director of the A.I. Alikhanyan National Scientific Laboratory, stated this during a press conference on November 3.

She noted that last year, during the peak of the coronavirus pandemic, failures began occurring at oxygen supply stations, initially every two weeks, then weekly, and subsequently every four days. "Currently, we hardly have a day without being able to operate fully and without issues. Fortunately, recognizing this problem, we brought in a new station in collaboration with Armenian doctors from the diaspora, which is one of the most powerful stations we could acquire," said Ani Abrahamyan, adding that this station is in operation in European countries, Canada, and China.
