Gas Price in Europe Exceeds $950 for 1,000 Cubic Meters
The gas price in Europe was set above $950 per 1,000 cubic meters at the end of the auction held on Wednesday. This information was reported by TASS, citing data from the ICE London Exchange.
The price of December futures on the Dutch TTF exchange reached $952.5 per 1,000 cubic meters by the end of the day. The overall increase in gas price over the course of the day was 17.5 percent.
The gas price crisis in Europe intensified in the autumn when prices gradually began to rise, even reaching $2000.
