VIDEO: Biden Falls Asleep at Climate Conference in Glasgow
US President Joe Biden was caught dozing off during the opening speech of the COP 26 climate conference in Glasgow on Monday.
According to the Daily Mail, the 78-year-old president appeared to be asleep while one of the speakers emphasized the importance of taking action to save the climate.
Biden only opened his eyes when an assistant approached him and whispered something in his ear. Afterwards, when the Prime Minister of Italy took the stage, he sat up straight and rubbed his eyes.
