Turkey Suspects Russian MP Delikhanov of Organizing Murders

Russia's nationals arrested in Turkey on suspicion of espionage and preparing murders received orders from Adam Delikhanov, a close associate of Ramzan Kadyrov and a member of the Russian State Duma, as well as businessman Kazbek Dukuzov, who is alleged to have organized at least four murders of Kadyrov's enemies in Europe. This was reported by Svoboda.org.

These details were released by Turkey's National Intelligence Organization. In October, it became known that four Russians, along with two citizens from Uzbekistan and Ukraine, were detained in Istanbul.

Turkish law enforcement believes that they were preparing attacks on Chechen opposition members residing in the country and had purchased weapons for this purpose, which were seized during a search. Among the group's targets, Turkish intelligence has identified a Chechen opposition leader named Abdulhakim, who fought against Bashar al-Assad's regime in Syria.
