How Many Citizens in Severe and Critical Condition Are Vaccinated? Muradyan Addresses the Public
According to official information, Armenia has recorded 62 deaths from Covid-19 today, wrote Armen Muradyan, rector of Yerevan State Medical University and former Minister of Health, on his Facebook page. He continued:
“I appeal to all those who trust and believe in me; believe me, our uncoordinated actions are complicating this already difficult situation even further. Dear citizens, we have no alternative, and in the current circumstances, we must all unite and overcome this catastrophe that has befallen the world, including ourselves.
So, let’s act calmly and without panic, follow the instructions of the relevant authorities, rely on and accept only credible professional information, and regardless of our views and opinions, unite around the state authority and heed only the recommendations of healthcare workers. I assure you that our doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers are performing their duties selflessly, and I am confident that once again it will be thanks to the efforts of our healthcare workers that we will overcome this disaster that has befallen us. I know our healthcare workers are knowledgeable in their field and have faced numerous challenges in their professional journey. I would like to once again express my heartfelt gratitude to our healthcare workers who always perform their duties unconditionally. Long live, you! Wishing health to us all!
I would also like to inform you that currently around 146 citizens are receiving treatment in the Covid department of the Mikayelyan Hospital. Out of those in severe and critical condition, 28 citizens are in critical condition, and 48 citizens are in severe condition. Additionally, out of the 76 citizens in severe and critical condition, we have only 1 citizen who is vaccinated.”
