Around 300 Apartments Will Be Commissioned in the Capital of Artsakh by the End of the Year
Around 300 apartments will be commissioned in the capital of Artsakh by the end of the year. This information was reported by the official website of the President of Artsakh, adding that on November 2, President Arayik Harutyunyan inspected the construction work of a residential neighborhood and a multi-apartment building on Tumanyan Street in Stepanakert, which is in the final stages of construction.
Harutyunyan inquired about the commissioning timelines from the heads of construction companies, emphasizing that providing housing for numerous families with various social statuses is a priority issue on the government’s agenda. He issued a number of directives on-site, ordering that all efforts be made to ensure that the work is completed with quality within the established timeframes.
The officials responsible for urban development assured that several phases of the newly constructed buildings, comprising around 300 apartments, would be commissioned by the end of the year.
