Ambulance Drivers Hold Protest

Ambulance drivers are staging a protest. “We work under very heavy schedules, we don’t have a moment of rest. Currently, due to Covid, we receive over 2,000 calls daily and are paid only 70,000 to 80,000 AMD,” one of the drivers stated in an interview with ArmDaily.am, adding that they want the issue to be addressed.

In an interview with Auroranews, the director of the Ambulance Center, Taguhi Stepanian, said, “We will clarify what is happening and will issue a statement.”
