10 Minors Detained

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, materials are being prepared by the Central Police Division on charges of hooliganism.

On October 29, around 14:30, police officers from the 3rd battalion of the patrol service detained several children on suspicion of hooliganism near the English Garden on Khorenatsi Street.

The minors are identified as 17-year-old Narek S. from the Armavir region, 16-year-old Hayk M. from Yerevan, 18-year-old Volodya M. from the Armavir region, 17-year-old Raphael P., 17-year-old Hrach K., and 17-year-old Ani Ch. all from Yerevan, along with 15-year-old Daniel H., 14-year-old David G. from Yerevan, 15-year-old Arsen B. from the Ararat region, and 15-year-old Samvel S. from Yerevan.

It was revealed that on the aforementioned day at about 14:00, Hrach K. and an individual named Hovo argued with Ani Ch. over a mocking incident, during which they breached public order by pushing and hitting each other, causing injuries. A forensic examination has been ordered by the investigator. All detained individuals have been released.
