Valuable Car Mirrors Found in BMW's Trunk; Arrests Made

Investigation materials are being prepared in the Central Police Department regarding individuals detained by patrol police on October 29 in Yerevan for theft.

According to Shamshyan.com, on that day around 5:30 AM, patrol officers from the 3rd platoon of the 4th battalion of Yerevan noticed a BMW vehicle on Amiryan Street. After stopping the vehicle, they conducted an inspection.

In the trunk, various types of valuable car mirrors were discovered, raising suspicion among the officers, and the driver and passenger of the BMW were detained on suspicion of theft. It was revealed that the car was driven by 23-year-old Harutyun V. from Yerevan, while his passenger was 22-year-old Mesia S., also from Yerevan.

Under pressure from the facts, Harutyun V. confessed that he had stolen the mirrors found in the trunk from parked vehicles in various administrative districts of Yerevan.

Signatures were taken from both Harutyun V. and Mesia S. The police are undertaking necessary operational-investigative measures to identify the affected citizens.
