Traffic Police Conduct Enhanced Operations, Over 4500 Violations Detected

The second police battalion serving the regions of the Road Police has been regularly conducting enhanced operations from October 25 to November 1. The Police of the Republic of Armenia reports that as a result of these operations, a total of 4,492 violations of traffic rules were detected.

Additionally, 61 vehicles were transferred to a designated area under police protection. It was noted that 52 individuals were found to be driving under the influence, while 16 were operating a vehicle without a driver's license. Furthermore, 30 cars were being used without civil liability insurance, 33 had tinted windshields, and 2 had number plates affixed in non-permitted areas. These enhanced operations will continue periodically.
