The United States ranks first in the number of cases and deaths resulting from complications of the virus. More than 745,000 citizens have died from coronavirus in the country. The United Kingdom holds the second position in the Johns Hopkins University ranking, with the number of victims of the COVID-19 pandemic reaching 141,000, and the virus detected in 9 million residents.
