ARA ZOHRABYAN: THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH PERSISTENTLY DOES NOT PROVIDE DATA ON HOW MANY OF THE DECEASED WERE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID

Former President of the Bar Association Ara Zohrabyan writes:

“Today, many are engaged in advertising and promoting vaccinations, under high state sponsorship and guidance. They cite statistics of the deceased, highlighting their or their family members' vaccinated status, and so on. I am sure that many of those in this group do this with good intentions. They genuinely believe that the newly developed vaccines will protect against the coronavirus and will not cause any harm to their health.

But when members of this group try to endorse actions of state bodies that force people or disregard people's rights, and even promote such actions, it becomes clear that a serious crisis is looming.

The position of the members of the 'Free Will' initiative is very simple: a person should be free to decide whether to get vaccinated or not. And this is particularly crucial when: 1) The vaccines are newly created (about a year old) and their harmful effects are not clear; 2) A vaccinated person can still get infected and can transmit the virus; 3) Vaccination does not provide definitive protection against the virus, and there will be a need for re-vaccination in the future; 4) A vaccinated person can die from the coronavirus; 5) There has been no justified explanation as to why a person who has been infected and recovered should be vaccinated when they have antibodies.

The state must create access to vaccines and provide objective information to people so that they can make informed decisions. Meanwhile, when the state itself promotes these products, it cannot be objective.

‼ The Ministry of Health persistently does not provide data on how many of the deceased were vaccinated against COVID. Essentially, it claims that it does not have that data. In this case, the question arises: how will it monitor the negative effects of the vaccines on human health or how can it assert that people do not die from the vaccines?

If a person has decided to get vaccinated thinking about their health or life, I respect their decision and will not consider them as someone outside the 'dividing line.' Likewise, I expect that a vaccinated person will respect my decision not to get vaccinated.

‼ If a person does not want to get vaccinated, but they are being forced to do so, then we all—both those vaccinated and those unvaccinated—have something to do about it. In the future, vaccinated individuals could be forced to get vaccinated again against their will, or face humiliating or senseless restrictions imposed on their dignity, such as the new mandate to wear masks outdoors.

As long as we remain silent and tolerate these impositions, the parade of coercions will continue.

PS: I also inform you that our team is preparing lawsuits to demand compensation from the state on behalf of the families of deceased individuals after vaccination.”
