Toyota Crashes into Gas Pipeline in Yerevan, Flips Over

On October 31, a major car accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 06:50, a Toyota vehicle veered off the roadway on the stretch of road leading from Nerkhin Charbakh to the village of Darakert under still unknown circumstances, collided with a gas pipeline, broke a support column, and flipped over in the middle of the road.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan at the scene, initial reports indicate that there are no injuries resulting from the accident. The police are working to establish the driver's identity.

Employees of the gas supply service from Gazprom Armenia’s Shengavit district have also arrived promptly and have been working for several hours to replace the damaged support column with a new one.
