When Will Gyumri Elect a Mayor

On November 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM, the first session of the newly elected Council of Gyumri will take place in the administrative building of the Gyumri Municipality, in the council meeting hall (Vardanants St. 1, 2nd Floor).
