Human rights defender Marina Poghosyan has shared a video on her Facebook page, accompanied by the comment: 'Forgive me for the sound. While passing by, I accidentally saw a man lying on the ground who couldn't walk. It turned out he had issues with his legs. The ambulance stood idly by, saying they wouldn't take him to the hospital.'
