Citizens of Artsakh Can Now Apply for Monetary Assistance: Details
Citizens who have been displaced from the Republic of Artsakh or have lost residential property in the Republic of Artsakh can now submit applications for monthly monetary assistance for a period of 4 months. The applications are being accepted under the support program.
To submit an electronic application on the website online.ssa.am, it is first necessary to log into the "Online Applications for Support from the Government of the Republic of Armenia" section, then go to the "Support Measures for Citizens of the Republic of Artsakh" page. From there, click the "Submit Application for Monthly Monetary Assistance to Displaced Persons or Those Who Lost Residential Property in Artsakh" button.
The application can be filled out here. After entering your email address, you need to click the "Continue" button. In the pop-up window, enter the verification code sent to the email listed in the application and click on "Continue" again.
On the new page, you must fill in the following:
- Full name and identification document series and number (passport or ID card),
- Bank card number and mobile phone number,
- Actual place of residence according to the provided lists,
- Click the "Confirm" button.
If there is no need to fill in a child's information, click on the "Finish Application Entry" button. If the child's information needs to be included, after clicking the "Enter Information for Children under 18" button, you must fill in:
- Child's first name and last name,
- Series and number of the child's birth certificate or the passport series and number,
- Click the "Confirm Data" button.
For each additional child, click the "Enter Information for Children under 18" button and fill in the required information. You must also attach a copy of the child's birth certificate if the "Attach Birth Certificate" button appears in the child's section. If a passport or ID card has been attached instead of the birth certificate, the application for the child will be rejected.
Once all children's information has been completed and the birth certificates attached, you must finish the application entry by clicking the "Finish Application Entry" button. After registering the completion of the entry, the application will be processed for document verification, with a notification regarding the results (either rejection or approval) sent via email.
If the application is included in the payment list and forwarded to the bank, a notification will be sent to the phone number indicated in the application regarding the amount payable and bank details.
